To be clear, this app is designed to be a central repository for individually purchased city guides. There is no reason to download this app if you arent going to buy a city guide. I downloaded a preview of a city guide to see what content was available. To be honest, the preview was laughable since I couldnt get a sense of the depth of information the guide would contain. There were sections for an Overview, Things To Do, Booking and Favorites. The Booking sections used services like Open Table for restaurant reservations and Expedia for hotel rooms. Pretty much everything else was locked down. The Fodor Austin city guide website probably has about the same information, so I saw no reason to spend $1.99 to find this out. I deleted this app.

Disappointed
I like their travel guides and thought one on my ipad would be great. Will never know because their preview is so limited that you cant get a sense of it whatsoever. Not spending my money to gamble on it being good or bad. Will just get a paper copy next time I need one

This app looks great and seems like an easy way to store travel plans and location ideas. Dont be mad that Fodors doesnt give you everything for free!
Very poor, very expensive.
Saying briefly, just 1 star is too big to this ridiculous app. Small number of available cities. No free city information for rating this app. There are tons of free and good city information for travelers on the App Store. No reason to waste time and data for downloading this poor app.
